SUMMARY:26th Annual Conference on Alternative Economic Policy in Europe
DESCRIPTION:Αγαπητοί/ές συνάδελφοι\, \n  \nΤο φετινό συνέδριο EuroMemo Group θα πραγματοποιηθεί υπό ειδικές συνθήκες λόγω του Covid-19. Ως εκ τούτου\, αποφασίσαμε να χωρίσουμε το πρόγραμμα για να σας δώσουμε την ευκαιρία να συνεισφέρετε στις ολομέλειες και στα εργαστήρια με μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία καθώς το Συνέδριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί Διαδικτυακά. \nΣε συνέχεια του θέματος της περσινής διάσκεψης σχετικά με την ανάγκη για ένα Green New Deal για την Ευρώπη\, το φετινό συνέδριο θα εξετάσει ιδιαίτερα την ανάγκη για έναν βαθύ κοινωνικο-οικολογικό μετασχηματισμό της Ευρώπης\, ως ίσως την τελευταία ευκαιρία για μια προοδευτική κατεύθυνση ευρωπαϊκής ολοκλήρωσης . Σε απάντηση στις παράλληλες κρίσεις της κλιματικής αλλαγής και της πανδημίας του COVID-19\, θα δοθεί έμφαση στη συζήτηση για τις πολιτικές προτάσεις ώστε να μπορούμε να δημιουργήσουμε μια πραγματικά μετασχηματιστική ατζέντα που εμβαθύνει την παγκόσμια συνεργασία σε ζωτικά ζητήματα της ανθρωπότητας όπως η κλιματική αλλαγή\, η δημόσια υγεία και η μετανάστευση\, ενώ παράλληλα ενισχύει την τοπική αειφόρο ανάπτυξη στην ΕΕ. \nΤο συνέδριο ξεκινά την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα την Τρίτη\, 8 Σεπτεμβρίου 2020 με την εναρκτήρια ολομέλεια για το πολιτικό και οικονομικό κράτος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης στη σκιά του COVID-19: βαθιά κρίση\, έλλειψη αλληλεγγύης και απειλή περαιτέρω αποσύνθεσης.
